Qualifications

•College Graduate with or without experience

•Completed 2 years in College with 6 months customer service related experience

•Above Average English communication skills

•Good interpersonal skills

•Analytical and problem solving skills

•Good comprehension skills

•Basic knowledge with MS Office

•Willing to work on weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer inquiries regarding healthcare plans, benefits, claims, and account information.
• Assist members with appointment scheduling, eligibility verification, and general healthcare-related concerns.
• Provide accurate information while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the company's system.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
• Meet performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Stay up to date with company procedures and healthcare account guidelines.
