Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Support Associate (Ecommerce Account) to provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering a positive customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone calls.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and account-related concerns.
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Follow company policies, call handling procedures, and quality standards.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Atleast High School, Senior High School, or College graduate.
• Good to excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work onsite
