• Answer emails sent by Japanese users or in-house customers
• Understand the Japanese client's concern and answer based on the manual
• Handle all Japanese emails and Chat
• Provide basic troubleshooting
• Guide Japanese customers for tech concerns
• A manual will be used while working, so no experience is required
• Translate documents or manuals from Japanese to English vice versa
• Supports the customers in their technical concerns

Requirements

• Filipino fluent in Japanese 95% and only 5% English
• Can speak, read and write Japanese (High fluency in Japanese)
• Basic English is okay
• Must know how to read emails and answer via chat and email (in Japanese)
• High school graduate/undergraduate of any course
• No JLPT level required as long as fluent in Japanese
• No work experience required, but must be fluent and comfortable in Japanese
• Can write Japanese Language (very polite)
• Has a positive attitude, a sense of teamwork and knows Japanese culture
• With CSR/ TSR / Helpdesk work experience is a big advantage
• Preferably with experience/knowledgeable in computer
• Knows how to send an email and make an email in Japanese
