Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service processes.
- Keep up to date with product information and company policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and experience in call center environments
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and provide exceptional customer service
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, may involve evening and weekend shifts
