Description
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the call center system.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and changes to deliver accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 3–5 years in a customer service role, preferably in a call center
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a strong problem-solving mindset
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively
