Position: Warehouse Customer Operations Supervisor

Salary: Php28,000 – Php35,000

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 2 years of work experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
• Experience working in customer-focused distribution.
• Knowledgeable in ERP systems are advantage
• Willing to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees and coordinates daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of electronic components
• Prepares and analyzes daily and weekly warehouse performance and inventory reports using MS Excel for management review
• Ensures compliance with handling procedures for fragile and sensitive electronic components to minimize damage and loss
• Conducts cycle counts, investigates inventory variances, and coordinates corrective actions with operations teams
• Maintains accurate inventory records using barcode systems and portable data terminals
