As a Supply Chain Associate, your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting with the procurement process, including vendor and SKU set-up, soliciting quotes, and executing purchase orders
2. Communicating with suppliers to track order confirmation and key PO milestones, resolve issues, consolidate invoices and PMTs, and ensure timely delivery of goods
3. Supporting logistics activities such as shipment tracking, customs clearance and transportation coordination
4. Assisting in monitoring inventory levels and safety stock, and reconciling various discrepancies
5. Performing data input and cleaning and analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
6. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to procurement, logistics, and inventory management activities
7. Collaborating with internal teams, including purchasing, operations, and finance, to support supply chain initiatives and projects
8. Participating in special projects as assigned by the Global Supply Chain Manager or other members of the supply chain team

Work Schedule

This position requires working the graveyard shift.

The ideal candidate for this position would have:

• An associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the supply chain team.
