- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve processes.
- Support back-office functions as needed to streamline operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent organizational skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in problem solving and interpersonal communication
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with a positive attitude
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with Salesforce and digital marketing tools
