Job Description
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables according to regulations.
- Ensure supplies are stocked and report maintenance issues.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly.
- Work flexible hours as needed and collaborate with team members.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of custodial or cleaning experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Working Conditions: May involve physical labor, varying shifts, and potential exposure to cleaning chemicals.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude towards teamwork and customer interaction.
