Description
Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring seamless travel experiences, and promoting travel packages, upgrades, and additional services to enhance each customer’s journey.
Requirement
- Educational Requirement: SHS grad / College Grad / Completed Second Year College Level
- Years Experience: Minimum 1 Year Experience as a Customer Representative in BPO setup (Travel Account experience is a plus!)
- With Good Written and Verbal English communication skills
- Amenable to Work Onsite (Ayala Central Block, Corporate Tower 2, 17th Floor, Cebu IT Park)
- Can work on shifting the schedule
