Description :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Resolve complaints and issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information on products and services to aid customer decision-making.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company processes and policies.
  • Record interactions through CRM system, following up consistently until resolution.
  • Collaborate with teams in a fast-paced BPO & Call Center environment.

Requirements :

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School
  • Experience Level: 1 year of experience in Tech Hardware / Software with ISP is required
