Description

  • Responsible in handling customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through various platforms such as phone, email, live chat, and social media, ensuring each interaction is conducted in a polite and professional manner. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot product or service issues by carefully listening to customer concerns, diagnosing the underlying cause, and offering effective resolutions tailored to their needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or 2-year undergraduate/vocational or associate degree holders are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Customer Service Representative in the BPO industry.
  • Experience handling any voice account (Financial, Telco, Retail, Healthcare, etc.).
  • 100% work onsite (Makati City)
