Crewing Manager

Description

• Oversee the crewing operations for vessels, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations.
• Coordinate recruitment processes for crew members, including sourcing and selection.
• Develop and implement effective crew management strategies to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless crew integration and support.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of maritime laws and best practices related to crew management.
• Report to the Principal and related parties on operations.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Maritime Studies or Business Management.
• Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in crewing or crew management.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Operations Management, Maritime Law & Regulations, Coordination & Planning, and Recruitment Process.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage crew schedules and related documentation effectively.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
