Role Overview

We are looking for a Crewing Officer, internally called as Mobilisation Officer to coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation activities for maintenance shutdowns and project-based works.

This role will be responsible for ensuring personnel are fully compliant, travel-ready, and prepared to arrive on site within required timeframes. You will work closely with Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Training & Compliance, and Site Administration while serving as a key point of contact for client-specific mobilisation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel across multiple projects.
• Manage pre-mobilisation requirements including Drug & Alcohol Screening, medical assessments, tickets, competencies, VOCs, inductions, and Site Access Requests.
• Arrange interstate travel, flights, accommodation, and site logistics.
• Prepare and communicate accurate mobilisation plans, demobilisation plans, and labour lists.
• Coordinate job-to-job transitions for personnel moving between projects.
• Maintain accurate mobilisation records and ensure all documentation meets client and company compliance requirements.
• Monitor mobilisation progress and escalate risks, delays, or compliance issues that may impact site readiness or start dates.
• Communicate mobilisation, travel, and accommodation requirements clearly to employees and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Logistics, or related field
• At least 3 years experience in mobilisation, recruitment coordination, or similar roles
• Experience in mobilisation, workforce coordination, logistics, or operational support within maintenance, shutdown, or project-based environments.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume or time-critical workforce mobilisations.
• Knowledge of site access, compliance requirements, travel logistics, and workforce readiness.
• Experience coordinating interstate travel and accommodation.
• Background in mining, resources, oil & gas, or heavy industry is highly regarded.
• Experience with workforce or mobilisation systems such as Airtable, Pegasus, INX, SAP, or similar is desirable.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Willing to work ONSITE at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, Morning Shift)
