- Assist in recruiting and scheduling crew members for projects.
- Maintain accurate records of crew availability and qualifications.
- Coordinate crew logistics, including travel and accommodations.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and management.
- Support the crewing department in various administrative tasks.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in crew management or human resources.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong communication skills, and organizational abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in crew scheduling, documentation, and coordination of crew logistics.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional fieldwork; may require flexibility in hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with a positive attitude.
