Description
- Conduct timely and efficient collections on overdue accounts
- Communicate with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with the finance team to report on outstanding debts
- Monitor account balances and identify trends in payment behaviors
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in collections or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
