Credit and Collection Officer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor buyer's payment
• Coordinate with other departments on the status of the payment of the buyers
• Conduct collection efforts thru calls, text, emails, and others
• Send notices according to policies and procedures
• Prepare SOAs and CSVs
• Assist in securing requirements prior to release of CS and/or cancellation
• Maintains, updates and generates reports according to SLA's
• Ensure collection efforts are logged in the soft tickler report
• Provide assistance to internal and external customers
• And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management

• Bachelor's or College Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
• With credit and collection experience in Real Estate
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications particularly in Excel
• Must possess above-average organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent in both oral and written communication
• Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City
