Salary: ₱22,000 – ₱30,000 (Based on experience)

Location: North Edsa, Quezon City (100% On-Site)

Shift: Australian Business Hours (Early Morning Start)

Your Day-to-Day Impact

• Financial Analysis: Review and assess credit applications for Australian SMEs with 100% accuracy.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential red flags in financial statements and credit histories to protect client interests.
• Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous digital records and ensure full compliance with financial policies.
• Proactive Communication: Liaise with Australian stakeholders to gather missing information and provide clear assessment summaries.
• Process Improvement: Actively look for ways to streamline our credit review workflows.

• The "10/10" Standard: You must have an extreme attention to detail; in credit assessment, "close enough" is a failure.
• Technical Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets .
• Hunger & Discipline: You are driven to grow and possess the discipline to thrive in an early-morning Australian shift .
• Character: You have a "No-Victim" mindset—you own your mistakes and find solutions immediately .
• Experience: Previous experience in credit, lending, or financial admin is a major plus.
