Review credit applications and conduct background investigation.

• Conducts ocular and physical inspection/telephone inquiries to verify authenticity of client’s statement.

Checking pertinent facts about the client’s credit standing/ history/ behavior from the other banks/ financial institutions, through online verification – Loandex

• CMAP-BAP inquiry, bank fishing, employment verification, suppliers and customer verification.
• Conducts residence verification to establish and ascertain ownership of residence and background of client in the neighborhood.

Performs Bank account checking of Client’s and Buyer’s account.(look for a better way to describe)

Conducts verification of the contracts/status of the project/billings of the client to the government/private institutions.

• Perform registration/cancellation of mortgage, verification of Titles, etc.
• Printing of PN’s for corporate and individual accounts.
• Prepare monthly Credit Investigator Report.
• Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or a related course

3 years of experience in credit investigation      

Excellent skills in credit investigation, loan processing and phone verification

Proven experience as an appraiser or verifier

Strong knowledge of real estate valuation methods and techniques

with related experience as Credit Verifier
