- Review all accounts carefully to protect the company from fraud.
- Analyze loan applications, financial documents, credit reports, and other materials to check if borrowers are financially reliable.
- Assess the risk of lending by looking at income stability, debt levels, credit history, collateral, and market trends.
- Make sure all credit reviews follow company policies, guidelines, and legal rules.
- Check that all loan documents are accurate and complete, and look out for any red flags or errors.
- Use financial tools and models to decide if a loan is a good idea and what the loan terms should be.
- Write clear credit review reports that explain your analysis, findings, and recommendations.
- Respond to questions from coworkers quickly and accurately, and keep a customer-focused attitude when dealing with clients.
- Verify the information clients provide by checking it with outside sources when needed.
- Use different ways to confirm that the client’s information is correct.
- Take on other tasks as assigned by the department head.
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in any related degree
- Work Experience: 0-6 months related experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS applications and willing to learn other systems used by the company.
- High organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Can work independently and with a team
- Willing to train in Head Office in Ortigas, Pasig for five (5) weeks (airfare ticket, hotel accommodation, food, travel and laundry expenses are covered by the company)
