EPC CREATIVE SPECIALIST

Position Overview

The Creative Specialist leads the development and execution of visual concepts across product, packaging, e-commerce, and in-store materials for EPC brands. This role plays a key part in building cohesive brand identities and ensuring consistent visual standards across all customer touchpoints.

This position requires strong aesthetic judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to translate brand direction into sales-driven designs. She will also be involved in decision-making and will work closely with the Creative Supervisor in the operational management of the department.

Essential Job Functions

1. Creative & Design Functions

• Leads product and packaging design development.
• Conceptualizes and creates marketing collateral.
• Plans strategic visual merchandising display guides.
• Develops e-commerce visual assets.
• Plans and renders store perspective, floor plan, and store fixtures.
• Leads seasonal campaign visual rollouts.
• Develops cohesive design collections aligned with brand direction.

2. Administrative Support Functions

• Merchandise order creation and processing.
• Product knowledge deck preparation.
• Product inspection coordination and documentation.

Minimum Experience Required

• 3–4 years of design experience in a professional setting, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or home.
• Portfolio submission is required.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Design, Interior Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

Special Skills & Competencies

1. Technical

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Canva and SketchUp.
• Basic Microsoft Excel for computations and monitoring.

2. Design & Brand Competencies

• Strong aesthetic judgment and visual layout discipline.
• Understanding of typography hierarchy and color balance.
• Ability to follow and execute brand guidelines consistently.
• Up to date with lifestyle and retail design trends.
• Ability to develop mood boards and visual direction references.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality control standards.
