Creative Designer

• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media content, and more.
• Motion Graphics: Produce video edits for the company's social media accounts.
• Web Design: Assist in the development and design of web banners.
• Branding: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all materials.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product development, to understand project requirements and deliver compelling design solutions.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis to inform your work and keep our designs fresh and relevant.
• Feedback Integration: Actively participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback to continually improve your skills and deliver high-quality designs.
• Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Of course, what we expect from you are:

• Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a creative design role or similar.
• Have strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and layout.
• Are able to showcase a strong creative portfolio with proven graphic design and layout skills.
• Are proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) & Print or Web Design, and able to use video editing software.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Have experience in HTML/CSS & knowledge in Figma is a PLUS.
