A courier's core duties include picking up, transporting, and delivering packages, documents, and other items efficiently and securely. Responsibilities also encompass planning optimal delivery routes, loading and unloading items, maintaining a delivery vehicle, providing excellent customer service, and accurately documenting deliveries. Couriers must handle packages with care, adhere to traffic and safety regulations, and communicate effectively with both customers and dispatchers.
