Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Product Demos & Presentations: Giving technical presentations and live demonstrations to show how products solve client problems.
- Client Consultation: Assessing customer system requirements and answering deep technical questions.
- Proposal Development: Helping sales teams write and review the technical sections of proposals and cost estimates.
- Feedback Loop: Acting as the voice of the customer to share client feedback with internal product and engineering teams.
- Client Training: Providing post-sale support and educating client staff on product setup and usage.
