JOB SUMMARY

The Cost Engineer will play a critical role in the financial management of construction projects by preparing detailed cost analyses and bid proposals. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in cost estimation, and an understanding of construction practices to ensure accurate and competitive project costing.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Cost Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in cost estimation and financial analysis within the

construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and practices.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
