Description

• Analyze project costs and develop budget estimates.
• Monitor project expenditures and prepare cost reports.
• Assist in contract negotiations and change order management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical)
• Additional training or certification in Cost Engineering, Project Management,  is an advantage but not required
• Without experience is welcome to apply
• At least 2–years of experience in cost estimating, cost control, or project costing is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to analyze Bills of Materials (BOM), drawings, and technical specifications is a plus
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and reporting skills

Salary depend on experience

Residence: must be outside Bulacan and Manila area

Aircon staff house: free but with other roommates

Water/electricity: free

Food: Free if once every 2-3 months ang uwi but if anyday or per week po nila gusto not free

Work days: Mon-Sat

Probationary: 5-6 months

Regular: After probationary

Working hours: 12 hours for now but depends if there's adjustment.
