LOOCK Intelligent Device Inc. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Senior Finance & Accounting Officer to handle daily finance and accounting work, including tax documents, payroll preparation, payment checking, account reconciliation, collection follow-up, expense checking, and ERP finance records.

This role does not focus on advanced financial analysis. The main priority is accurate daily finance execution, clean accounting records, payroll accuracy, tax document preparation, and proper control of company money flow.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize accounting documents, receipts, invoices, payment proofs, expense records, and tax-related documents.
• Assist with BIR-related documentation and coordinate with external accountant or bookkeeper when needed.
• Prepare payroll records based on salary, attendance, KPI, allowances, deductions, and approved adjustments.
• Check customer payments, dealer payments, bank transfers, GCash/Maya/remittance records, COD collections, and outgoing payments.
• Reconcile bank records, ERP records, payment records, and internal finance records.
• Monitor customer and dealer balances, partial payments, COD collections, and overdue accounts.
• Follow up payment deadlines and aging balances.
• Check petty cash, reimbursements, cash advances, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Input, update, and check finance-related records in the ERP system.
• Report wrong amounts, missing proof, duplicate payments, delayed payments, suspicious transactions, or unclear expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Preferably 5 years or more experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, payroll, payment checking, or related work.
• Strong attention to detail and good sense of responsibility.
• Honest, careful, stable, and strict with financial records.
• Familiar with Excel / Google Sheets.
• Able to handle repetitive checking work accurately.
• Able to organize documents properly and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred but Not Required

• Experience with BIR documentation or tax filing preparation.
• Experience with payroll preparation.
• Experience in retail, trading, e-commerce, logistics, distribution, or service business.
• Experience using ERP, accounting software, POS, or inventory/payment systems.
• Experience with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, or other government benefits is an advantage, but not required.
