Review and analyze costing process if in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles adopted in the Philippines. Performs variance analysis between actual and standard costs to assist management in decision making or other financial initiatives, monitors, analyzes, and reports on inventory valuation, production, and various other costs. Manage, develop and supervise Cost Analyst and Officers towards the achievement goals in the most efficient and effective manner.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

1. Profit and loss analysis per product lines.

2. Manage, develop, and supervise Cost Analyst and Officers.

3. Assist  P & L owner in cost savings projects. 

4. Monthly FS closing activities.

5. Closing of inventory modules.

6. Arrange meeting  with respective product line manager and planner.

7. Investigate variances that seem out of line, to avoid fraud within the company.

8. Weekly KPI analysis. 

9. Support preparation of report for internal and external auditor’s requirements.

10. Assist in preparation of annual budget.

11. Collect cost information.

12. Assist and develop improvement project.

13. Analysis in Financial Status of Potential Customer.

14. Analysis of BBC (Selling Price) for Potential Customer.

15. Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
