Job Description
- Prepare and analyze cost reports to inform financial decisions.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize costs.
- Assist in the budgeting process by providing relevant data to management.
- Conduct variance analysis and report discrepancies to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cost-effective practices are implemented.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in cost accounting or a related finance role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to conduct cost analysis and detailed reporting.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
