1. Daily -Make a costing in advance for all import purchase items based on shipment cost

2. Daily-Make a Landed Cost Estimate for BTO

3. Daily-Make a Working Landed cost and Store cost for new items and items for brand promotion.

4. Daily-Update Price List for the Digits Transfer Price to Retail & Franchise

5. Update IMFS Landed Cost & Store Cost based on Actual Shipment cost

6. Weekly -Summary of Shipment cost

7. Assists other employees with information and/or analysis when requested.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, methodologies, and practices.
• Proficiency in using cost accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and interpret results accurately.
• Experience in preparing and analyzing cost reports, variance analysis, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with standard costing, shipping costing, Cost factor, and activity-based costing techniques.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to management.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost accounting.
