Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through fieldwork, client visits, and networking activities.
• Promote and sell computer components, networking products, and related solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct product presentations and provide appropriate solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, collections, and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
• Attend sales meetings, product training sessions, and company events as required.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Commerce, Business Administration, or any related course.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the computer components, IT, or networking industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and visit clients as necessary.
• Can work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Must have complete mandatory requirements.
