Project Sales Executive

Job Description

• Source and develop project accounts outside the showroom
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, and other key stakeholders
• Conduct client visits, attend project briefings, and identify sales opportunities
• Prepare volume quotations and project proposals
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and project execution
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
• 2–4 years of experience in field-based B2B sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience handling project accounts is an advantage
• Network within the construction, real estate, architecture, or design industry is a plus
• Results-driven and willing to conduct regular fieldwork
