Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the construction industry to develop new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of construction products, materials, projects, and industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the construction and building materials sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, consultants, and other key decision-makers.

- Visit construction sites, project locations, offices, and client premises to generate business.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations based on client requirements.

- Follow up on leads, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and payments.

- Monitor ongoing construction projects and identify potential sales opportunities.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams such as estimation, operations, procurement, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth order execution.

- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new construction products.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.

- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote company products and services.

- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
