• Minimum of two (2) years of experience within the freight forwarding, transportation, or logistics industry.

• Previous experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, or commercial support is preferred.

• Basic understanding of logistics services such as air freight, ocean freight, trucking, and related supply chain solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers professionally by phone and email.

• Bring in new revenue through potential and existing clients.

• Generate new business leads and opportunities globally.

• Achieve or exceed revenue targets.

• Present services, prepare proposals, perform contract and price negotiations, prepare contractual documents and close the sale with the clients.

• Drive sales forward in a competitive market, actively research and find new customers globally, identify customer needs and identify market trends.

• Collect market intelligence and analyze competitors.

• Collect client’s feedback, present ideas and improvements to the team.
