We are looking for Corporate New Business Sales Officer to join the company!

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

• Identify and pursue new corporate client relationships to meet sales targets and drive growth.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients to secure profitable deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in corporate/B2B insurance sales.
• Knowledge of corporate insurance products, such as:

- Group life insurance

- Group health/HMO

- Property and casualty insurance

- Employee benefits

• Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, client presentations, proposal preparation, and closing deals.
• Ability to build relationships with HR managers, business owners, executives, and corporate decision-makers.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and generate new business accounts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline and client accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Professional, confident, results-oriented, and customer-focused personality.

Salary Range: ₱27,000-₱32,000

Work Location: Bel-air, Makati City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
