About MegaTEXTS

MegaTEXTS is a leading Philippine education solutions company and

Blackboard's official channel partner in the country. With deep relationships

across private universities, state universities and colleges (SUCs), and K–12

institutions nationwide, MegaTEXTS combines local presence and trusted service

with world-class international platforms

Key Responsibilities

•     Own and exceed an annual revenue target for

Blackboard Learn and the wider Blackboard portfolio across an assigned

territory of Philippine higher education institutions.

•     Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise

sales cycles — discovery, needs analysis, solution design, demonstrations,

proof of concept, procurement and contract signature.

•     Conduct regular on-campus visits nationwide to

build executive-level relationships with university leadership, academic heads

and IT decision-makers.

•     Translate institutional challenges (student

retention, accreditation, hybrid learning, digital transformation mandates)

into Blackboard solution narratives and business cases.

•     Work hand-in-hand with Blackboard's regional

solution engineers to deliver technically credible demonstrations and respond

to requirements and RFPs.

•     Maintain a disciplined, accurately forecast

pipeline in the CRM, following Blackboard's qualification methodology and

cadence.

•     Participate fully in the Blackboard dedicated

team: weekly pipeline reviews with the Blackboard Regional Director, quarterly

business reviews, and ongoing enablement and certification.

•     Represent Blackboard and MegaTexts at

education conferences, CHED-related forums and campus events across the

country.

•     Feed market intelligence — competitive

activity, regulatory developments, institutional priorities — back to the

Blackboard regional team.

What Makes This Role Different

• Multinational methodology. You will be trained, certified and coached directly by Blackboard the same onboarding, sales methodology and product enablement used by

Blackboard's own account executives worldwide.

•     Enterprise-grade tooling. Full access to Blackboard's demo environments, marketing assets, proposal libraries, competitive intelligence and regional solution engineering

support.

•     Executive air cover. A named executive sponsor in the Blackboard regional organisation whowill join you in strategic pursuits and open doors at the highest level.

•     Premium earnings. Compensation is deliberately positioned above the local market for

enterprise software sales, with an uncapped commission plan that rewards large,

complex wins — not volume transactions.

•     Career trajectory. Success in this role builds a track record visible to a global

organisation, with pathways into regional channel, sales or leadership roles.

Qualifications & Experience

•     5+ years in B2B solution sales, pre-sales or

business development for enterprise software, IT systems, cloud platforms or

systems integration — EdTech experience is a plus, not a prerequisite.

•     An IT or technical foundation: a degree in IT,

computer science or engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience with

enterprise platforms (SaaS, cloud infrastructure, ERP, LMS or similar).

•     Demonstrated success closing large,

multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles — you can walk us through at

least two complex wins you personally orchestrated.

•     Genuine willingness to work in the field:

regular campus visits across the Philippines are a core part of the job, not an

occasional extra.

•     Strong executive presence and consultative

communication skills in English and Filipino; comfortable presenting to

university boards and C-level stakeholders.

•     Familiarity with Philippine higher education

dynamics — CHED policy environment, SUC procurement, private university

decision-making — is a strong advantage.

•     Working knowledge of CRM-driven pipeline

management and forecast discipline.

•     Self-starter mindset: you will have

world-class support, but you own your territory.

Compensation & Benefits

•     Premium base salary, benchmarked above the

local market for enterprise sales roles.

•     Uncapped commission structure weighted toward

enterprise LMS wins.

•     Blackboard certification and continuous

professional development, including regional training events.

•     Travel and field expenses covered.

•     Standard Philippine statutory benefits plus

MegaTEXTS company benefits.
