• Supervise day-to-day sales activities in retail stores and B2B accounts
• Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates and reports
• Ensure proper product display, promotions, and pricing execution in stores
• Support key B2B clients and assist in account coordination and negotiations
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Logistics, and Aftersales teams
• Help resolve customer and partner concerns related to sales and products
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, B2B, or electronics
• With supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
• Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills
