Key Responsibilities:

• Peferably residing in Bacoor, Cavite.
• With background and experience on construction projects is an advantage.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
• Managing customer databases and updating customer information.
• Preparing sales reports, market research findings, and presentations.
• Coordinating promotional activities and events.
• Assisting in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and online content.
• Supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and providing necessary sales support.
• Communicating with clients and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product development and advertising, to ensure effective sales and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-3 years of experience as a Corporate Sales Executive / Telemarketing Sales Executive or Representative or any related fields.
• Working experience in Telemarketer/Telesales in Construction industry is an advantage.
• Strong sense of self-motivation, adaptability and initiative.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Enthusiastic and can-do attitude.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Proactive and target oriented.
• Willing to work in Bacoor, Cavite
