Description
- Supervise and manage the BRP (Business Resource Planning) team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to align BRP strategies with organizational goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve BRP processes.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and competency in BRP tools.
- Prepare and present reports on BRP operations to senior management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in BRP or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in BRP software.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
