Corporate Planning Supervisor

Corporate Planning Supervisor is responsible for leading corporate strategic and business planning activities to drive the company's long-term success. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans, coordinating business planning processes, and ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals. The Supervisor will work closely with senior management and other departments to implement strategic initiatives, monitor performance, and facilitate informed decision-making.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Process Design & Control/Instrumentation or equivalent.
• Must have Business Planning experience
• Must have exposure in company alignment, balance scorecard and corporate strategy
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise and engage directly with people at all levels including Management Committee.
