Legal Manager:

As the Legal Manager, you will play a key role in leading our team of consultants and managing the delivery of consulting services to our clients. Responsibilities inclue:

• Provide expert legal support and advice in various areas of business law to CM Star Corporation, a leading Wholesale/Distributor.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Manage legal risks and oversee litigation and dispute resolutions.
• Stay current on industry-specific laws and assist in corporate governance and policy development.

• Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma in Law or related field. Advanced degrees such as a J.D. or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a corporate legal environment.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Compliance, Legal Advice, Legal Affairs, Employment Law, with strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills. Analytical thinking and Attention to Detail are essential, alongside solid Time-Management capabilities.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Provide legal support to the organization, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, draft and review contracts, counsel on employment laws, and manage legal risks.
• Working Conditions: Expected to work in an office environment with a standard workweek, but additional hours may be required to meet deadlines.
