1. Responsible for the custodianship of the department database/master file:

a. Status of retention tranches

b. Updates pre-signed documents (PSD) releases from Pag-IBIG Fund

c. Monitors PSD, Tax declaration, and TCTs

d. Title releases for conversion

2. Disseminates BIR-CAR entry list, payment charges for TCTs, and Tax

Declarations as imposed by RD/Assessor’s Office to various account officers for

processing

3. Reviews and checks BIR – E-CAR Entry, and TCTs and Tax Declarations entry

prior to submission to agencies that involve in the processing of individual

transfer of ownership of the title

4. Coordinates and follows up with various concerned government agencies on the

processing of BIR E-CAR releases, Transferred Title, and transferred Tax

Declaration.

5. Receives and reviews TCTs, E-CAR, and Tax declarations from various

concerned government agencies.

6. Transmits documentary compliance to Pag-IBIG Fund

7. Generates reports:

a. Retention Releases from Pag-IBIG Fund

b. Status of account for CAR, TCT Transfer, and Tax Declaration

c. Submitted documentary compliance with Pag-IBIG Fund

8. Performs other tasks assigned by the department

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration / Real Estate or a related field
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in conversion and registration processes.
• Strong understanding of customer conversion processes, registration procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to train, mentor and develop team members to enhance performance

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic business needs and regulatory changes.
