Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.

With 5+ years work experience as a web content editor.

Proven attention to detail.

Ability to work in a team or individually

Familiarity of different digital assets and formats, including imagery, infographics and videos.

Job Responsibilities:

Upload, create and publish content using our digital experience platform Sitecore.

Optimizing web content to align with SEO and accessibility standards

Ensure our content is up to date and accurate.

Take a strategic approach to content, maintain high standards and deliver a great customer

experience.

Monitoring and actioning daily support tickets via Asana.
