Job Description
- He/Shewill be responsible for reviewing content and providing email support to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through email in a timely and professional manner.
- Compose and send a personalized email to a member who has submitted abuse complaints about other users on the website, ensuring clear communication and support throughout the process.
- Ensuring all email correspondence is documented.
- Review all submitted contents by the customers.
- Determine if the contents submitted are in adherence with the guidelines of the website.
- Approving, denying or editing user-generated content such as profile, comments, replies and post before it gets posted on the website.
- SHS Graduate, College Fresh Grad/undergrad are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work on-site on a shifting schedule for 5 working days in BGC, Taguig.
