Content Moderator

Content and Customer Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the integrity, safety, and quality of our online platform. This dual-function role requires a meticulous professional to moderate user-generated content in strict accordance with corporate guidelines, while simultaneously providing high-quality, professional email correspondence to our global user base. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in mitigating platform risk and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

Content Moderation: Review, approve, deny, or edit user-generated content—including profile comments, replies, and posts—before it is published on the website.

Policy Enforcement: Monitor user interactions and remove any content (such as photos and videos) that violates the website's Terms of Use and community guidelines.

Customer Support: Compose and send personalized, professional email responses to users, specifically handling sensitive issues like abuse complaints against other members.

Case Documentation: Ensure all email correspondences, submitted content, and moderation actions are thoroughly and accurately logged in the tracking system.

Experience Enhancement: Provide timely and clear support via email to efficiently resolve user inquiries and enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Education: At least a High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: Open to entry-level candidates; with or without prior experience.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Schedule Flexibility: Willing and available to work in rotating shifting schedules (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Communication Skills: Strong written English communication skills with the ability to draft clear, professional, and personalized emails.
• Core Traits: Strong attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to evaluate online content and user interactions objectively.
