Key Responsibilities:

• Assist global clients with setting up, optimizing, and troubleshooting their digital advertising campaigns across various social media and online platforms.
• Conduct ads review and quality checks to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards.
• Handle inquiries related to paid ads, lead generation, and campaign performance via digital channels (voice, chat, or email).
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction rates among business accounts.

Job Requirements:

To qualify for our fast-track process, you must meet AT LEAST ONE of the following experience criteria:

• At least 2 years of continuous Call Center / BPO experience.
• OR A minimum of 6 months of specialized experience in any of the following roles:
• Content Moderator
• Digital Marketing Specialist
• Digital Ads Creator

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Preferably with experience in Social Media Ads Management or other digital platforms (BPO or Non-BPO setup).
• Has a strong foundational knowledge or background in Paid Ads, Lead Generation, and Ads Review tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Amenable to working on-site in Metro Manila.
