quality conversations, building user trust, and supporting overall engagement through timely

and professional responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate online conversations in English with accuracy

• Respond promptly to user messages and support engagement through effective

communication

• Maintain a positive, compliant, and user-focused chat environment

Requirements

• Android phone or PC with a stable internet connection

• Strong written English communication skills

• Availability of 5-8 hours per day, ideally 5 days per week

• Prior experience in chat moderation, online support, or virtual assistance is an advantage
