Description
- Review and monitor user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Flag inappropriate content and take necessary actions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop improved moderation strategies.
- Provide feedback on content trends and user behaviors.
- Maintain documentation and reports related to moderation activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or 0-2 years of experience in content moderation or similar roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Working Conditions: Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
