Description
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Evaluate reports of inappropriate content and take action as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance content policies and guidelines.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve user experience and content quality.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on content moderation best practices.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office applications and basic computer literacy
- Qualities and Traits: Strong customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Working Conditions: Flexible working hours with potential for remote work
