Description
- Review and moderate user-generated content across various platforms.
- Ensure content adherence to community guidelines and policies.
- Respond to user inquiries regarding policy violations in a professional manner.
- Report and escalate content issues or concerns to management.
- Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and user interactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, good problem-solving skills, strong customer service orientation
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage scheduling effectively and prioritize tasks
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills
